What You Will Do Each Day
- Oversee 6 to 10 or more painting crews from project kickoff through final client walkthrough
- Recruit, lead, and retain subcontractor capacity to meet production goals
- Order paint and materials within project budget targets
- Complete kick-offs, in-progress inspections, and final inspections on every job
- Walk each completed project with the client, collect feedback, and ensure satisfaction
- Resolve customer issues and manage accounts receivable for your projects
