What are the responsibilities and job description for the Allergy Medical Back Office Assistant position at Marc L Dyer, MD?
Pediatric and adult allergy medical practice seeking full time or part time back office assistant. Our ideal candidate would have excellent communication and patient interaction qualities to add to our patient focused, high level care. We are looking for someone with attention to detail and prior experience multitasking with rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, giving vaccinations, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and prescription and insurance authorizations. Additional previous training with allergy specific evaluations and pediatric care would be beneficial, however, in office training is available for a strong job candidate.Compensation will be determined by experience.
