MCCPS is seeking a passionate and student-centered Special Education Inclusion Teacher to join our supportive Special Education and Student Services team. The Inclusion Teacher will work closely with general education teachers, fellows, instructional assistants, service providers, and families to ensure students with IEPs are receiving the individualized instruction, accommodations, and support they need to thrive in the general education setting.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct, specialized instruction to students with IEPs in inclusive classrooms and/or small group settings.
* Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curriculum, adapt instruction, and implement accommodations.
* Case manage IEPs for assigned students, including writing IEPs, coordinating meetings, monitoring progress, and maintaining compliance with all special education regulations.
* Utilize data to inform instruction and monitor student progress toward IEP goals.
* Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and services.
* Work closely with related service providers to support implementation of services.
* Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives.
