Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for a Server Assistant/Barback to support our front-of-house team and help create a seamless, elevated guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support Servers by clearing, resetting, and maintaining clean, organized tables
- Assist in delivering food and beverage orders with professionalism and care
- Keep service areas stocked, clean, and guest-ready
- Anticipate guest needs and provide warm, genuine hospitality at every turn
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
- Ensure the bar is stocked with glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies at all times
- Restock liquor, wine, beer, and mixers as needed throughout service
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area including tools, counters, and floor
- Assist bartenders in setup, breakdown, and daily prep
- Collect and clean glassware, maintaining a fast and steady pace
- Anticipate bar team needs and respond quickly to support efficient service
- Uphold all safety and sanitation standards
