You’ll be among Marble’s first product hires, helping define the company’s product growth strategy while also operating hands-on to bring ideas to market. What You’ll Do
- Lead initiatives that improve customer acquisition, onboarding, and activation across the Marble platform
- Own and drive the strategy of the entire growth funnel
- Collaborate closely with other PMs, engineering, design, and marketing to bring ideas to market
- Balance data-informed insights with intuition and customer empathy to guide decision-making
- Track and trace the customer journey across Marble's product suite to optimize conversion, adoption and retention
- Drive offline and online initiatives to increase brand & product awareness of the Marble platform
- Contribute to the overall product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market planning for a fast-growing, AI-driven platform
- 3 years of experience driving growth in B2B SaaS, ideally from zero to one
- A strategic thinker who’s also highly execution-oriented and comfortable getting into the details
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a low-ego and high-ownership mindset
- Relentless drive to solve problems and deliver measurable customer and business impact
- Experience as a founder or early employee at a startup
- Knowledge of accounting or tax software
- Familiarity with professional services workflows or enterprise buyer dynamics
- Work in a massive, $500B industry that’s being fundamentally redefined by AI
