What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Success Manager position at Marble Health?
About Marble
Marble is building the new operating system for youth mental health by connecting schools, therapists, and health plans on a single platform to unlock access to care today and raise the standard of care for tomorrow.
Last year, 1 in 10 teens attempted suicide. At the heart of this crisis is a severe lack of access to quality, affordable care. When kids can't get help, problems compound and preventable tragedies follow. Marble partners directly with school counselors to get students into care quickly by connecting them to licensed therapists through the insurance coverage they already have, with no waitlists.
We're an early-stage, fast-moving team. The people who join now will shape how we build and what we build.
About The Role
As we expand into new states and deepen existing partnerships, our success depends on strong, trusted relationships with school counselors. As a School Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of school partnerships end-to-end — serving as both a trusted advisor and a growth driver for the counselors you work with.
You'll bring a consultative, sales-minded approach to every partnership: helping counselors identify more students who could benefit from Marble's services, making the ask confidently, and holding yourself accountable to referral and engagement metrics. You'll also be the day-to-day operational backbone for your schools — responding quickly to questions and concerns, navigating complex situations with empathy, and proactively finding opportunities to deepen each partnership. You'll own outcomes, not just activities.
No two days look the same. In one moment you might be designing a virtual workshop to raise mental health awareness at a school; in the next, you're on the phone supporting a counselor navigating a sensitive family situation. You'll operate at the intersection of schools, clinicians, families, and internal teams — and your judgment, empathy, and drive will make a direct difference in Marble's growth and in the lives of the students you help reach care.
What You'll Do
Marble offers competitive compensation for this role. Compensation includes a base salary, equity, and full benefits.
Base salary range:
$85,000 – $125,000

- Based in New York or willing to relocate — we work from our SoHo office three days per week
- Mission-driven and energized by improving access to mental health care for kids
- Experience at an early-stage startup
- Experience in EdTech or working with K–12 educators and school-based stakeholders
