Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a inside sales associate located in Barrington, IL. The position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support by assisting in color selection, material application and pricing. This role will work closely with the production team to provide advice, take clients through the material selection process, and provide budgetary pricing while ensuring clients' needs are met. GUARANTEED, competitive salary - additional bonuses based on performance.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Phone Etiquette, and Customer Service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing customer needs
Experience in the stone fabrication or construction industries is a plus.
Showroom hours : Monday - Friday 9-6 Saturday 10-4
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
