Marble Falls Auto Center is looking for an experienced, motivated Automotive Repair Center Manager to lead our team and help grow our business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who knows the automotive repair industry, enjoys working with customers and technicians, and wants to be part of a company with a great culture, strong team environment, and Monday–Friday schedule.
No regular weekends. No dealership-style schedule.
We believe a successful repair center starts with a great team. We're looking for a manager who can help lead by example, take care of customers, support technicians, and create an organized, productive workplace.
What You'll Do
As a Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operation of Marble Falls Auto Center, including:
- Lead and motivate the service and technician team
- Oversee daily shop workflow and repair production
- Provide an excellent customer experience
- Manage service advisors and technicians
- Review repair orders, estimates, and recommended services
- Monitor sales, gross profit, labor productivity, and other key performance indicators
- Help increase car count, average repair order, and customer retention
- Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and correctly
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Recruit, train, and develop employees as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional facility
- Build a positive, accountable team culture
- Help develop strategies to grow the business and customer base
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has automotive service or repair management experience and understands how to balance customer service, employee leadership, shop productivity, and profitability.
You should be:
- Experienced in automotive repair or service management
- Comfortable managing technicians and service personnel
- Strong with customers and communication
- Sales-minded without sacrificing customer trust
- Organized and able to manage a busy repair facility
- Comfortable tracking numbers and shop performance
- Able to hold employees accountable while maintaining a positive workplace
- Motivated by growth and results
- Dependable and professional
Experience as an Automotive Service Manager, Store Manager, General Manager, Service Advisor, Fixed Operations Manager, Automotive Mechanic, or Shop Manager is highly desirable.
