The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Associate to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in elevating Marble Capital’s brand, supporting capital formation efforts, and driving the creation of compelling marketing and investor-facing materials.

This role will work closely with reporting, investor relations, capital formation and investment teams to translate complex investment strategies into clear, differentiated messaging. Responsibilities include managing marketing initiatives, developing high-quality content, and ensuring brand consistency across all communications.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in marketing within financial services or real estate, with exceptional writing, design sensibility, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Content Development

• Develop and maintain Marble Capital’s brand identity across all platforms and materials
• Create high-quality marketing content including presentations, offering memorandums, brochures, and case studies for both print and digital applications
• Translate complex investment strategies into clear, compelling narratives for investors

Investor & Capital Formation Support

• Partner with reporting, investor relations and capital formation teams to support fundraising efforts
• Produce and update investor presentations, quarterly reports, and fundraising materials
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging across all investor communications

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with investment, asset management, and leadership teams to gather insights and develop content
• Support firmwide initiatives including conferences, events, and brand positioning opportunities

Process & Infrastructure Improvement

• Improve and standardize marketing materials and templates across the platform
• Help implement tools and systems to streamline marketing workflows and content management

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within real estate, private equity, or financial services
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign preferred); familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools is a plus
• Writing & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Design Sensibility: Strong eye for layout, branding, and visual storytelling
• Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Team-Oriented: Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
