Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures at the front desk or entry points
- Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions, offering information about amenities, and addressing any concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club area to ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors
- Support event setup and assist with guest needs during special functions or activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed and guest satisfaction is prioritized
- Manage guest relations by listening attentively and delivering personalized service tailored to individual needs
- Multitask efficiently during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
Experience
- Previous hotel or resort experience is highly desirable, providing familiarity with hospitality operations
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests
- Proven customer service experience demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Knowledge of front desk operations or guest relations enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Experience working in a lively environment such as a resort or hospitality setting is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
