Breakfast Cook- Maravilla Santa Barbara

• 5:30am & 6:00am start, Full-time, 40 hours, 5 days, weekends and holidays
• Pay range is $22-$23 DOE.

• Food Preparation: Cleaning, cutting, measuring, and mixing ingredients; prepping food for service.
• Cooking: Operating equipment like grills, fryers, and ovens to prepare food items according to recipes.
• Plating & Quality Control: Ensuring food is properly presented, garnished, and served at the correct temperature.
• Sanitation & Safety: Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation, complying with health regulations.
• Inventory & Storage: Storing food at appropriate temperatures, labeling items, and checking stock levels
• Full time and open availability, holidays included.

• Proven cooking experience (line cook, prep cook, etc.).
• Knowledge of health and safety sanitation regulations (e.g., ServeSafe certification).
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Organization and the ability to keep up with high-volume, high-pressure demands is a must.

Preferred experience in senior living communities, hotels, catering background

English and Spanish a plus.
