NOW HIRING -- We are seeking a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator/ Recruiter in our Leominster office.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Starting Pay: $45K based on experience
Location: Leominster, MA

Job Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for a variety of roles across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Match candidate qualifications and career goals with client hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews, conduct reference/background checks, and maintain accurate ATS records.
- Provide ongoing communication and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and HR professionals.
- Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and client meetings.
- Partner with recruiting teams to deliver timely staffing solutions and support client accounts.
- Assist with service agreements, pricing discussions, and business development initiatives.
- Process payroll, maintain employee documentation, and ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
- Support hiring events, job fairs, reporting, and workplace incident documentation.
