Marathon TS is looking for a Cloud Architect to support our efforts at USCIS.The ideal candidate will have expertise in, cloud infrastructure, and VMware technologies such as vSphere, NSX, and vSAN. Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud networking, security best practices, and compliance frameworks is essential.This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as the Cloud Architect will serve as a technical advisor to stakeholders and ensure successful delivery in a mission-critical environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Architecture Design & Planning – 30%Lead the design of the hybrid cloud architecture for SAP, integrating VMware-based on-prem infrastructure with public cloud platforms. Define technical standards, deployment models, and scalability strategies.2. SAP Infrastructure Implementation – 25%Oversee the deployment and configuration of the infrastructure needed for the SAP systems and ensure that it meets performance needs3. Hybrid Cloud Integration & Connectivity – 20�sign and implement secure, high-performance connectivity between on-premises VMware environments and cloud services. Address networking, identity, and data flow requirements.4. Security, Compliance & Governance – 15%Ensure the architecture adheres to enterprise security policies and regulatory standards. Implement controls for access, encryption, monitoring, and compliance reporting.5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Documentation – 10%Work closely with enterprise architects, SAP teams, infrastructure engineers, and business stakeholders.
