Marathon TS is looking for a Business Analyst who will be primarily responsible for business Analytics, business process analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, business intelligence tool implementation (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), as well as process improvement, system implementation, and business transformation support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements elicitation sessions.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
- Develop business cases and propose solutions for process improvements.
- Create data analysis reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Support system implementation and business transformation initiatives.
- Maintain adaptability to changing business needs and proactively learn new tools and technologies.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant business analysis experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar).
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience with process modeling and workflow tools.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets; elicit and document business requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage and present to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of business operations, processes, and industry trends.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a NACI (or higher) clearance which requires US Citizenship.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited university; 2-3 years of relevant equivalent experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Certifications/Training
- DoD Cyber Awareness Training (required prior to network access and annually thereafter; IAW DoDD 8140.01/DoDM 8140.03/AR 25-2)
- AT Level I Awareness Training (within 30 calendar days of performance start)
- iWATCH Army Training (within 30 calendar days of performance start)
- ATCTS (Army Training Certification Tracking System) registration required
Other Requirements:
- Travel requirements vary (5–20%) annually
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
