About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Retail Associate Support Person to join our team. This position focuses primarily on receiving deliveries, unpacking merchandise, and stocking shelves to ensure our sales floor is organized, full, and ready for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming shipments and deliveries
- Unpack, tag, and organize merchandise for the sales floor
- Stock shelves and displays neatly and accurately
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper presentation
- Maintain clean and organized backroom and storage areas
- Assist with basic customer inquiries as needed
- Support other team members with general store operations
Qualifications
- Prior retail, warehouse, or stocking experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
