Floor Technician (MS COL)

Job Title: Floor Technician
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facility. If you take pride in spotless floors, enjoy the satisfying hum of a scrubber, and can make dirt disappear like a magician, we want you on our team. Resume is required.

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors


• Strip, wax, buff, and polish floors


• Clean carpets using shampooers or extractors


• Operate floor machines and buffers safely


• Remove stains, dirt, and debris from floors


• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies


• Follow safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines


• Empty trash and assist with general custodial duties as needed


• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management

•  Experience using floor buffers, burnishers, and scrubbers preferred


• Knowledge of floor care techniques and cleaning chemicals


• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods


• Attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Reliable transportation and attendance
