What you’ll do
- Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
- Provide information to clients and assist with routing questions to the right team
- Support clients with benefits-related intake by screening for eligibility and collecting required information and documents
- Assist with completing forms and help guide clients through the application and appeal process
- Act as a resource for benefits information to assigned staff and clients
- Follow federal, state, and local guidelines while maintaining accurate, confidential records

- Bilingual communication skills (ability to speak and understand both languages)
- Strong customer service and phone etiquette
- Comfort working with people and providing supportive, respectful guidance
- Attention to detail when collecting information and completing forms
