Role Description
We are seeking a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator for a full (or part)-time, on-site or hybrid role based in the Austin, Texas Area. The Transaction Coordinator will manage and oversee the administrative tasks associated with real estate transactions, ensuring that all documents are complete and deadlines are met. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining transaction files, communicating with clients and third parties, scheduling inspections and appointments, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. This role requires excellent coordination and attention to detail to facilitate a seamless transaction process.
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative support and organization, including document preparation, scheduling, and file management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, agents, and third parties
- Knowledge of real estate transaction processes and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
