Key Responsibilities
Security & Safety- Maintain a highly visible and professional security presence throughout the property.
- Monitor building entrances, exits, common areas, parking areas, and other assigned locations.
- Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols.
- Monitor CCTV, access control systems, alarms, and other security technology.
- Verify credentials and control access in accordance with site procedures.
- Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, security concerns, and policy violations.
- Respond appropriately to alarms, emergencies, disturbances, and other incidents.
- Assist with emergency response, evacuations, and other lifesafety procedures.
- Contact law enforcement, fire department, EMS, or other emergency services when appropriate.
- Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports and daily activity reports. Hospitality & Customer Service
- Greet tenants, visitors, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Provide directions and assistance throughout the property.
- Respond to questions and requests with patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Build positive relationships with tenants, property management, vendors, and visitors.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor when handling difficult or stressful situations.

- Must meet all applicable requirements to work as a security officer in Denver, Colorado.
- Must obtain and maintain any security license or registration required for the position.
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening and drug testing.
- Must be able to work the assigned schedule, including weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts when required.
