Position Summary
The Order Processing role is responsible for managing automated order flows, processing EDI transactions, and ensuring timely acknowledgments and confirmations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining order accuracy, updating backorder reports, and supporting communication between vendors, prime vendors, and internal analysts. This role requires a strong sense of urgency, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to follow issues through to completion while coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and process EDI orders and acknowledgments
- Maintain strong communication with internal departments
- Escalate roadblocks promptly
- Confirm and resolve any order/price discrepancies
- Assist with general support tasks as needed, including documentation and process improvement
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and accountability in all work

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
