Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician sought for 100 apartment homes at several boilers at buildings in Glencoe/Hutchinson area. Skills to include boilers, plumbing, appliances, electrical, carpentry, drywall, grounds, snow, lock re-keying, and so on. Must own your own tools. We are seeking someone with 3 or more years of experience maintaining apartment buildings, with licenses for boilers.
On-call required every 3 to 4 weeks for your region (on-call bonus paid). Full-time position, but would consider part-time/semi-retired persons. Our home office is in Eden Prairie. Area for this position is west metro - Glencoe, Hutchinson, occasionally Waconia.
Background check (BCA) requirement. Apartment discount (not required to live on-site), hourly salary, benefits/401k, mileage allowance, PTO, etc.
