Responsibilities
- Assist with residential HVAC system installations
- Work alongside an experienced installer who will train you on the job
- Help move equipment and materials
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Learn proper installation techniques and industry best practices
- Develop the skills needed to become an HVAC Installer
Requirements
- Minimal HVAC experience required—we will train the right person
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Must be able to lift equipment and work in a physically active environment
- No tools are required to start. A tool list will be provided as you progress through training.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional weekends as needed
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
