Legal Client Service Representative

For more than 25 years, our firm has been dedicated to advocating for clients who have suffered life-altering injuries, and this role is pivotal to ensuring their first interaction with us sets the tone for extraordinary service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering inbound calls or meeting with potential clients in-office who are seeking legal support following a life-altering injury or disability.
- Provide empathetic and exceptional client care, ensuring every person feels heard and respected.
- Collect detailed information about potential clients’ cases and facilitate introductions to our attorneys for case evaluations.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with potential clients from web forms, chats, or lead-generating platforms.
- Maintain accurate and organized client information in our database while responding to inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Support the Growth Team and Intake Department while collaborating with attorneys, partners, and legal assistants to deliver unmatched client experiences.
- Drive behaviors that directly contribute to the firm’s growth by prioritizing responsiveness, professionalism, and exceptional care.
Qualifications To Thrive in This Role
- Preferred customer service and/or sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred to better serve a diverse client base.
- Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills.
- A client-first mindset and the ability to demonstrate care and empathy in all interactions.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and driven by metrics, with strong time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
