Overview
We’re seeking a hands-on Mold Process Technician to safeguard mold integrity, optimize changeovers, and drive root-cause analysis with Engineering, Production, and Quality. You’ll ensure traceability, prevent contamination, and help meet production schedules in a safety-first environment.

Reports To: Maintenance Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and other items from stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard.
- Document mold changes and machine adjustments, including troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
- Communicate effective technical decisions to Engineering, Production, and Management to support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production personnel to ensure molded components meet requirements; make adjustments as needed.
- Provide molded components in a timely manner to meet production schedules.
- Manage raw mold material to ensure traceability, shelf life, and prevent contamination.
- Generate documentation on mold runs for traceability and reproducibility.
- Work with Quality and Manufacturing to ensure product quality aligns with company standards.
- Follow established procedures to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure safe working practices are followed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of related experience

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Indoor and outdoor settings including office, manufacturing floor, and warehouse.

- Protective safety clothing may be required (appropriate clothing, shoes, gloves, goggles) as needed.
- Extended periods of standing or sitting; extensive use of measuring devices and machinery.
- Able to lift over 50 pounds.
