Job Summary
- Installs, troubleshoots, services, and repairs equipment.
General Accountabilities
- Tests circuits and components of malfunctioning equipment to isolate the source of malfunctions, using various hand tools.
- Tests repaired, newly installed, or updated equipment to ensure that it functions properly and conforms to specifications, using test equipment and observation.
- Drives to and from work areas as needed.
- Inspects equipment on a regular basis in order to ensure proper functioning.
- Repairs or replaces faulty equipment.
- Removes and remakes connections in order to change circuit layouts, following work orders or diagrams.
- Demonstrates equipment to customers and explains how it is to be used, and responds to any inquiries or complaints.
- Analyzes test readings, computer printouts, and trouble reports to determine equipment repair needs and required repair methods.
- Adjusts or modifies equipment to enhance equipment performance or to respond to customer requests.

- Improve customer satisfaction by delivering the best customer service in our industry.
- Identifying, owning, and tracking issues with an account, according to call escalation procedure, to reach resolution.
- Develop detailed repair documentations and instructions to help increase customers abilities to manage repairs.
- Determine how Marangoni can increase value throughout the customers business by supplying premium products and services.
Job Qualifications
- Education: Technical Degree preferred and/or relevant military training; other backgrounds welcome to apply with relevant work history.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Indoors and Outdoor in a variety of settings including office, manufacturing floor, and warehouse.
Exposure to loud noises, dust, dirt, and smoke may occur.
Protective safety clothing may occasionally be required including appropriate clothing, shoes, gloves, and goggles as needed.
Activities include extended periods of standing or sitting and extensive work with measuring devices and other machinery.
Must be comfortable with creation and execution of your own travel planning (up to 75% travel).
Most travel is M-F and you will be home on the weekends (Only weekend work would be large projects scheduled long in advance)
