Job Summary

The CMO will partner with the MTNA Management team to implement process improvements, reduce scrap, and enhance overall plant efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of MTNA manufacturing processes.
- Plan and direct purchases, maintenance, and layout of equipment.
- Manage flat tread equipment investment and installation to substantially grow production output.
- Establish workflow and assembly methods to maximize manufacturing efficiency.
- Direct and monitor workforce utilization.
- Manage the purchase, quality, and use of all raw materials for just-in-time production.
- Ensure manufacturing performance and quality goals are met.
- Establish the overall direction and strategic initiatives for the production facility.
- Create and execute plant operating budgets, including capital investments.
- Mentor and develop staff for job growth and attainment.
- Collaborate with the management team on change culture initiatives.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
Experience
- 7–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience; manufacturing industry experience highly desirable.
- Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing experience.
- MRP/ERP experience.
- ISO experience.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Microsoft Office Outlook).
- Strong organizational and tactical planning skills.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Skills:
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to lead a finance/operational team, mentor staff, and drive process improvements.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics)
- Financial consolidation/reporting tools.
- Data analytics proficiency
- advanced Excel skills
- familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or similar analytics tools a plus.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
- Indoors and outdoors in a variety of settings including office, manufacturing floor, and warehouse.
- Exposure to loud noises, dust, dirt, and smoke may occur.
- Protective safety clothing may be required, including appropriate clothing, shoes, gloves, and goggles as needed.
- Activities include extended periods of standing or sitting and extensive use of measuring devices and other machinery.
