Marana Health is seeking a Senior Director of Strategy and Analytics to join the Analytics team at the Marana Main Health Center, located in the heart of Marana, AZ. The Senior Director of Strategy and Analytics leads our data analytics team, ensuring comprehensive and timely analytics to support informed decision-making. This role entails extensive collaboration across the organization and leading initiatives to democratize data analytics tools, thereby driving market growth and benchmarking productivity. Furthermore, this position provides leadership in analyzing macroeconomics trends and working with stakeholders to integrate these insights into strategic planning and execution. Marana Health is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC), with 13 sites in Tucson and Pima County. The following qualifications are required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 10 years progressive experience in: Finance, Analytics, Strategy Planning, Data Science or Marketing
- Expertise in SQL and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Two years of director level experience
- Experience in analyzing data, drawing insights, and turning observations into practical recommendations
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Public Healthcare, or related field
- Five years of healthcare industry experience

- Manages the entire process of data analytic initiatives from conception to execution and value realization, ensuring consistency with both business unit and enterprise goals
