Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager / Book Keeper at MARAN'S AUTO BODY, located in Woodside, NY. The Office Manager will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical tasks like organizing schedules, managing phone calls, and handling correspondence. The role also includes providing support for company secretarial work, assisting executives with administrative needs, and ensuring effective communication within and outside the organization.
