The role:
Working on a specialist STEM recruitment desk, you’ll operate in a highly consultative, sales-driven role. Recruitment is one of the most challenging and rewarding sales environments, you’re influencing career decisions, managing complex processes, and helping businesses grow through top talent.
What’s on offer:
- $55,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission from day one
- Realistic year 1 earnings: $65K-$70K

- $18K/month commission (Top 50)

What we’re looking for
- 6 months B2B sales experience, or
- A sales internship, or
- Up to 1 year in recruitment/staffing, or
- A highly motivated graduate with strong commercial awareness
