Job Title: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistance (PA)
Location: Danbury, CT (In-Person with some Telehealth)
Job Type: Part-Time
License Requirement: Active CT APRN license with psychiatric certification (PMHNP) or PA & bilingual in Spanish and English.

Your Role:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Provide medication management and follow-up care
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide and manage care for patients with depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders
- Collaborate with therapists and multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Who We're Looking For:
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) PMHNP licensed in Connecticut
- Experience in outpatient psychiatry and/or substance use disorder treatment preferred
- Comfortable with both in-person and telehealth care
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life
- Committed to a collaborative approach to care
