Job Responsibilities (JR):
The following Job responsibilities are indicative and not limited to , the responsibilities and durties will be added based on bid and estimation requirement and complexity or project.
Opportunity Search & Bid List Management:
Research and identify new project opportunities through public and private platforms.
Download project documents and add opportunities to the internal bid list.
Pre-Construction Calendar Management:
Set up job walks, site visits, and pre-qualification meetings.
Maintain and update the pre-construction calendar.
Pre-Qualification & Bid Submissions:
Complete and submit all pre-qualification packages for upcoming projects.
Prepare and submit bid forms in coordination with the estimating team.
Request and track bid bonds and final bonds as needed for project submissions.
Insurance and Documentation:
Request and track certificates of insurance (COI) from subcontractors and vendors.
Subcontractor & Vendor Outreach:
Manage and execute outreach efforts to qualified subcontractors and vendors.
Call and follow up with subcontractors to solicit bids and confirm participation.
Estimator Coordination:
Work closely with the estimating team to ensure accurate and timely collection of subcontractor bids and vendor quotes.
Set up job scope on building connected or any other platform
Prepare monthly reports as directed
Licensing & Certification Management:
Manage the renewal process for company licenses, certifications, and permits.
Ensure all required documents are current and compliant with project requirements.
Meeting and Site Walk Participation:
Attend pre-qualification meetings, job walks, and other pre-bid meetings as necessary to represent the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
2 years of experience in pre-construction, project coordination, or a similar role (construction industry preferred).
Construction management or equivalent degree
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and construction management software.
Knowledge of prequalification platforms (e.g., Building Connected, Procore) is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.to meet bid deadlines
