Sales Development Representative

We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is motivated, coachable, and interested in developing a long-term career in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers in face-to-face environments
• Represent client brands professionally and accurately communicate product or service offerings
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Generate and qualify leads through direct interaction
• Schedule and support follow-up interactions when applicable
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve outreach and performance

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing, in-person sales environment
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to receive feedback and apply it effectively
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
