We are looking for Shift Managers for our store on 3229 Noth 5th street hwy, Reading, PA 19605 to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional guest service, employee satisfaction, targeted sales, profitability, and consistent QSC in each store. People Management, Training, Coaching, Developing, and Directing high-performance restaurant teams. Implementing and Managing Tools, Process, and Systems at the store, and Guest Engagement. Equipment and Facilities Management, Appearance, Ambiance, Safety, and Security of guests, associates, and restaurant assets.
