Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing efforts to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales by understanding client needs and presenting appropriate product or service solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines.
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, marketing campaigns, and networking efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities and market trends.
- Attend in-office training sessions, team-building activities and customer events.
- Represent MAPS with honesty, professionalism, and integrity at all times

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales environments.
- Proficiency in telemarketing, inside and B2B sales, and outbound calling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Ability to understand technical products or services and convey complex information simply.
