We are looking for a Renovation Coordinator with proven experience in renovation projects (not construction), with solid knowledge of finishes, materials, and design.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure contractors meet deadlines, quality standards, and agreed-upon design, including colors, textures, and materials.
- Coordinate the various trades (electricians, plumbers, flooring, etc.), ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
- Conduct quality checks and review every detail to ensure the property is ready for sale.
- Report project progress and any deviations to the project lead, proposing solutions if necessary.
- Ensure the final design reflects the agreed plan, focusing on aesthetics, detail, and quality to maximize property value.
- Manage project schedules.
- Coordinate all audiovisual materials documenting the renovation process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in renovation projects.
- Knowledge of interior design, materials, and finishes.
- Ability to coordinate teams or general contractors (GC).
- Attention to detail and aesthetic sensitivity.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
