About the Role
Lead full project lifecycles — from design through commissioning — in regulated mission critical settings.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules (CPM, resource leveling, lookahead)
- Manage budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and change orders
- Lead teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders — ensuring collaboration, quality, and alignment
- Drive BIM workflows for coordination, clash detection, and model integrity
- Use Procore for submittals, RFIs, logs, documentation, and reporting
- Leverage Vista (or equivalent ERP) for cost integration, change management, and financial reporting
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues promptly
- Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 8 years’ experience managing complex projects (healthcare, mission critical, or related)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, related fields, or related experience
- PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification is a plus
- Experience in regulated environments (health facility operations, life safety, critical infrastructure) preferred
Required Skills
- Hands-on working knowledge of BIM, Procore, Vista or comparable construction management software
- Advanced scheduling skills (Primavera, MS Project, or similar)
- Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost controls
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
Preferred Skills
