The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is a leading group of over 1,800 physicians in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., exclusively caring for Kaiser Permanente patients. We invite applications for a part-time Orthopedic Surgeon- Shoulder specialist at our Lutherville-Timonium and South Baltimore Medical Center.

What You Can Expect:

- Quick ramp up in surgical volume with approximately 60% shoulder cases including shoulder arthroplasty
Minimum Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

Fellowship trained in Shoulder Reconstruction and/or General Sports Medicine
- Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia

Effective July 1, 2026, the starting hourly rate for this position will be $276 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
