Join us and help shape the future of senior living!Position Summary: The Regional Director of Sales will provide strategic leadership and hands-on support to drive sales performance across multiple Inspir communities. This individual will actively participate in the sales process, ensuring satisfaction for prospective residents and their families while developing and mentoring sales teams to achieve occupancy goals. The role combines direct involvement in sales activities with regional oversight, fostering collaboration across teams, building market presence, and ensuring best-in-class sales execution in alignment with the luxury positioning of the Inspir brand.Sales / MarketingAnalyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the community compared to competitors and develops appropriate action steps to effectively sell against the competitionIdentifies primary and secondary markets with appropriate sales strategies and tacticsGathers Enquire reports for analysis and interpretation (to identify solutions)Complete competitive market analysis data and maintains a detailed competitor comparative analysis (including rates, apartment sizes, services, and amenities)Focuses on occupancy growth and occupancy stabilization for all locationsCovers inquiries, tours, move-ins as neededServes as on-site coverage as neededBusiness DevelopmentResponsible for community outreach and education activities for creating referralsCoordinate outreach meetings for other key staff including Executive Director, Resident Service Director, and Program DirectorsEffectively use Enquire to maintain a high-quality outreach and sales effort. Keeps referral customer information up-to-date and uses data base to orchestrate specialized outreach efforts including targeted mailingsParticipates with Executive Director and Community Relations Director on development of effective sales and marketing plans drawing on information from analysis of the competitive environment.
