Job description
- Patient Assessment: Perform initial and ongoing physical, mental, and cognitive evaluations, tracking changes in vital signs, skin integrity, and mobility.
- Care Planning: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including physicians, physical therapists, and social workers—to design and update personalized resident treatment plans.
- Medication & Treatment: Administer oral, injectable, and IV medications, alongside clinical procedures such as wound care and infection control.
- Staff Supervision: Direct and oversee shift activities of LPNs and CNAs, ensuring facility policies and regulatory standards are met.
Pay: $36.77 - $44.28 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
