Evening MedTech-HCA Full/Part/PRN Shift - **ACTIVE HCA or CNA**
Maplewood Gardens Assisted Living Community is currently recruiting for FT/PT med techs and caregivers for Assisted Living.
OFFERING COMPETITIVE SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE, CREDENTIALING, AND POSITION APPLIED FOR.
*We offer the option of a set schedule (FT/PT) with negotiable salary ranges.
*We also offer "Float" positions working varied days and shifts as needed by the community with a higher rate of pay.

We are looking for reliable care staff with a flexible schedule-NEW NAC'S WELCOME!!
-NO CAR NEEDED AND NO TRAVEL FROM PLACE TO PLACE. LOCATED ON MAJOR BUS LINE.
Permanent staff will be eligible for sick/vacation/holiday pay along with medical/dental/vision benefits.
Med Techs may be CNA's (Certified Nurse Aide) or HHA's (Home Health Aide). Caregivers should be certified but we can help get you through the training program. Must be reliable, dependable, honest, caring and have a flexible availability. Caregivers must be observant enough to recognize changes in their clients, and be capable of alerting the appropriate personnel if necessary. ALL STAFF MUST BE ABLE TO READ, WRITE AND COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY AND PASS FINGERPRINT BACKGROUND CHECK.
Responsibilities and Duties: Attend to individual care needs and get to know their preferences and personalities.Provide nutritional support as neededDuties may include meal preparation, engaging in client activitiesAssistance with personal hygiene, bathing and groomingAssist with housekeeping and laundryWritten and verbal communication; quality improvementReporting changes in client's condition
Requirements and Qualifications: Previous experience working with seniors and/or a desire to serve and care for seniorsAbility to work weekends and a flexible scheduleCriminal Background CheckCNA/HCA licenses (food handler, 1st aid/CPR, Safety & Orientation, Mental Health, Dementia also required to maintain employment). NURSE DELEGATION AND DELEGATION WITH DIABETES FOCUS REQUIRED TO WORK AS A MED TECH.
The more experience and certifications you have on hire the more money you make but we are certainly not afraid to hire newly certified staff!
