Join Our Team!

We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team in Madison, WI. In this role, you'll be responsible for helping prospective residents find their new home while providing exceptional service throughout the leasing process. You'll also assist with resident relations and support the day-to-day operations of the community.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and showcase available homes and sites.
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Follow up with prospective residents and manage leasing leads.
• Process rental applications, lease agreements, and move-in documentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with resident questions, requests, and general office support.
• Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager to ensure homes are rent-ready.
• Assist with marketing efforts, online listings, and community outreach.
• Support resident events and community engagement initiatives.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of college coursework required (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
• Previous experience in leasing, property management, customer service, sales, or office administration preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning property management software.
• Professional, dependable, and driven to provide excellent customer service.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
