Job Responsibilities:

• Administer medication to residents according to prescribed schedules and dosages
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and complete medication records
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a CMA in the state of North Dakota
• Previous experience working with individuals with memory care needs preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
