Job Title: Assistant Director of Nursing
Salary: $95,000-100,000 depending on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, On-call rotation with flexibility to pivot when needed.

Duties:
- Develops and maintains nursing service objectives and standards of nursing practice in accordance with the nursing policies and procedures
- Assesses each resident’s needs and assists in the development of a treatment plan for nursing care to meet the daily treatment and care needs of the resident
- Participates in the interdisciplinary team and works cooperatively with team members to ensure the coordination of care and treatment for the residents are met
- Ensures that nursing personnel provide treatments, medications, diets, rehabilitative nursing care, activities of daily living, protective service, and training in self-care as stated in the care plan to ascertain that optimum comfort and care is provided
- Train nursing staff in the proper provision of direct care to residents
- Lead others through actions consistent with and serve our culture
- Other nursing and leadership objectives determined by DON and NHA as appropriate within scope of practice and knowledge base.
Qualifications:
- Current RN or LVN license is required
- Minimum of 2 years of Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
- Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities
- Infection Prevention certification preferred, not required. Ability to obtain will be necessary.
