Key Responsibilities
- Support a team of caregivers, ensuring that all residents receive quality care, support and personal items are requested (non-medical)
- Ensuring resident individual needs and preferences are met
- Coordinate and oversee daily activities and programs for residents, promoting engagement and social interaction
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to enhance the quality of care for residents
- Attend weekly meetings and training sessions to stay informed on best practices in memory care
- Prior experience in memory care or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
