Job Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Job Requirements
- Current CNA certification
- Previous experience working with individuals with memory impairments preferred
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
