Job Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals for our residents
- Follow dietary restrictions and special dietary needs for individual residents
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner
- Assist in meal planning and inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with residents.
- Prior experience in a dietary cooking role- prefer in Long Term Care setting
- Knowledge of safe food handling procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for cooking and creating delicious, appealing/appetizing meals
- ServSafe certificate
