Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and their pets in a friendly, professional manner—both in person and over the phone
- Manage incoming calls, coordinate scheduling, and handle general inquiries
- Register patients, complete check-in/check-out processes, and handle billing and payments
- Maintain accurate client records and update patient information in our electronic system
- Communicate hospital policies and routine care information clearly and compassionately
- Prepare and organize documentation such as vaccine records, lab submissions, and health certificates
- Relay messages and information between clients, veterinarians, and support staff
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
- Assist with client communications including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and correspondence
- Provide basic guidance on preventive care and over-the-counter products
- Build rapport with clients to create a positive, long-term relationship with the practice
You’ll work closely with other front desk team members and collaborate daily with technicians and doctors to keep the hospital running efficiently.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a veterinary setting with noise, odors, and exposure to animals
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
