Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry, painting, and general handyman duties to keep properties in optimal condition
- Conduct inspections to identify repair needs, safety hazards, and preventative maintenance opportunities
- Use our software to receive maintenance requests and track your materials and hours on each job.
Qualifications
- Prior jobs as a contractor, handyman, or similar role.
- Able to use email and a phone app to receive work orders
- Professional and respectful demeanor to all of our residents
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards
- Must have your own truck or van for work
