Maple Street Pizza Company is a small, family owned artisan pizzeria which opened in August 2022. Our family has owned & operated Twelve Restaurant & Bar since 2013, and we bring our philosophy of doing everything from scratch to Maple Street Pizza! We serve only the best ingredients on our house made signature pizza dough in our small, quaint dining room
Pizza, it's so important it's part of our name! We take pride in making true, from scratch artisan pizza. We are hiring pizza professionals to toss, create & cook our signature pies, appetizers & salads in our open exhibition style kitchen. The world is a stage, and you are the star of the show!
Pizza Cook Responsibilities:
- Mixing & portioning of signature pizza & bread doughs
- Chopping & preparation of all vegetables, sauces & desserts
- Preparation of gluten free items including pizza crust & desserts
- Setting up stations for a successful shift
- Tossing, topping and cooking pizzas and appetizers to recipe specs or guest requests
- Ensuring 100% food safety and sanitation during all aspects of work
- Engaging with guests in our open kitchen
- Utilizing slow periods to set restaurant up for success
- Maintain a clean & sanitary work station at all times
- Clean & Sanitize all cooking equipment
- Participating in overall restaurant cleanliness and sanitation
- Ensure all food safety practices are followed at all times.
