Clinical Director – Colorado | Immediate Start
Maple Street ABA is a new company, but we're not new to ABA. Our owners also own and operate another ABA company, so we're building on real experience. We're launching in Colorado and looking for a Clinical Director to lead the entire state and manage our BCBA's.
This is a high-responsibility leadership role, and you'll build it from the ground up.
What you'll do
- Lead clinical operations for all of Colorado
- Build our RBT onboarding and training program from scratch
- Supervise and oversee several BCBAs, making sure quality, compliance, and outcomes stay high
- Provide clinical supervision as needed
- Grow and manage a team that will reach several hundred employees
What you need
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience managing BCBAs (required)
- Experience building clinical programs from scratch (required)
- Strong management skills and the ability to lead a large, fast-growing team
- Comfort providing clinical supervision
Salary : $105,000 - $140,000
